I am landlord who had given this company a property manage as I have a full time job. Big mistake. They make up fake invoices for work that never happened. Never get back to you when you ask them to with regards to issues. Lie and the pass the buck on to other colleagues who then act dumb. Demand that you email them and then don't reply. Use any possible excuse to not get back to you. I have now been forced to take legal advice as they have not collected he rent for over 8 months!

SCAMMERS, LIARS
Simply HORRIBLE, a nightmare!! All of them are bunch of liars. DO NOT rent a property from them. I rent a property for a year, when they show me the flat they promise us they would pain the flat and clean it (it was dirty and smelly). They never clean it nor painted. We found up to 10 used condoms under one of the beds. Big sticky stains in the carpet...HORRIBLE!! We clean everything ourselves and guess what???? when we left the property they kept the deposit claiming that "the stains in the carpet were bigger". Please be very careful when renting a flat from them. My advise: DO NOT RENT WITH THEM AT ALL. I have also heard nasty stories about them from other tenants.

NOT AN AGENCY
We rented a flat in Glasgow on August 2011 and it was a mess when we entered. Almost all the handles were broken or missing, the kitchen window was dangerously broken (a woman from the housing association came to complain). The agency sent a guy to fix it and the new one got broken the day after, remaining unusable for the whole year. The radiators were broken, as well as the bedroom windows, so we had to live in a very cold place till December 2011. We never had a doorbell, and this was a very uncomfortable problem. They broke into our flat on August 2011 trough the backyard window. Of course they damaged the window (and stole all our things) but the agency sent a guy on December 2011. Unbelievable. A big big leak from a sort of temporary boiler room came out on January. With the leak a big and unhealthy mush kept to grow on the living room ceiling. Saying it wasn't their problem they never sent anyone to check it so we had to live with the mush till June 2012. We had to buy all the furniture (when we entered there also was a missing bed!!!) and of course we fixed something by ourselves. When we moved out we asked for the deposit back. We moved out on June 20th 2012 and guess what?? We got it back, partially, 3 days ago (January 27th 2013!!!!!!!!) Why partially?? Because they pretended they had to pay thousands of pounds to clean and fix the flat but Mr. Jazz, the agency owner, mailed me that we were good tenants and we broke nothing!!! Apart from this, I asked them to send me (at least) a breakdown of what they paid and guess what?? They sent me a fake receipt from the cleaners, with a fake date added on it, to prove they had to pay money to clean the carpets. Again, when we entered the flat there were bugs running all over those unbelievably dirty carpets!!! We found hair in the bathtub, food in the oven. And they kept 25% of the deposit saying they had to clean because of us.
