On the contrary to the previous posts i have found the receptionists and Drs at the practice to be thoroughly professional and efficient, i should know, i have been in this practice for a number of years.

Outdated, poor service
Shocking service and poor practice standards. This is most definitely not my GP surgery but had to interact with them on behalf of a family member, you'll never speak to the same GP twice. The receptionists are allegedly trained to consultant level in cardiology, neurology, psychiatry and all manner of specialities so there's no need to bother their GPS, who are paralysed with Covid fear anyway. Do yourself a favour and register elsewhere.

Trying to get an appointment grrrrrrrrrr
At all times when I phone this practice I have to wait on hold for 15-20 minutes and then when I EVENTUALLY get through there is no appointments available and you can't even pre-book an appointment, the receptionists are MOST unhelpful and tell you to phone again in the morning, only for the exact same scenario all over again. Do you have to know at least a month in advance when you're going to be ill ???? I think that there should be a pre- booking service for follow up appointments instead of this nonsense of phone in the morning of your appointment that the gp has told you to make, as I know that other practices in the health centre do this. Wonder if anyone else has the same problem hmmm ?? And I do understand that surgery can be exceptionally busy at times, this is why I'm mentioning pre booked appointments.
