i regularly meet up with a beautiful bichon fris/poodle on my walks -today i didnt recognise it -owner was in tears & informed me it had been to this "groomer! !"-what an appalling mess it didnt even look like a dog ! passers by were commenting .it had been shaved but had tufts where razor missed.i hope this "groomer !"gets the same when she next goes to hairdresser
