Disappointed. Be VERY careful with this company

This company carried out work for me at two addresses a little over 18 months ago. Although the quality of their work was fine and despite the fact that the lads were friendly and helpful at the time, their after-care service is atrocious! Failed to provide me with the statutory paperwork to show certification for their work. Consistently Ignored calls, texts and emails and appeared to simply be uninterested in sorting out problems caused by them. One of the properties has recently been sold and it's cost me over £100 to have another company supply the necessary safety certificates for the Council and this would not have been necessary had Amelite provided the service they promised.. Not the way to do business guys and certainly not the way to generate recommendations or positive reviews. Very disappointed.
