Fastest response ever
Not sure who I just spoke to regarding my parcel but the response was SUPER QUICK, on the fly updates and she even spoke to the driver and confirmed it will be here within 30 minutes. I don't think I've ever had such a helpful and quick response. Thank you :)

Useless
I don’t know when my parcel is coming it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, apparently there was an issue with the address even though I’ve never had that before and I’ve never heard of fedex until now, but there system seems pretty weak.... yeah mediocrity is celebrated today but I payed a lot of money for the item

great customer service
After missing the delivery the parcel had been returned to local depot the closing time listed was 6pm. But the receptionist when I called the office took my tracking no.and went into the warehouse and fished out my parcel and was told someone would still be onsite until 8-8 30p.m. the office was closed and had to ring bell for assistance but gave the guy my card with number showed my iD and had my parcel within minutes thanks Ann in Motherwell FedEx

Useless
Whats the point in paying extra for next day delivery for FEDEX to decide “ lets push the time back, Oh i know lets move it to the next day, Oh bugger we cant deliver it either lets push it back for the 3rd day” Waited in for last 3 days and still nothing.
