Simple task turned out to be a rammy cause the girl on the desk was rude and would not listen to help. She took a tantrum and stormed of because she didn't know what she was doing. This other lady came out face like fizz giving her view which was wrong. Another lady showed up wthe cream and asked me into a room didn't like it there was another person there one of them swings round in a chair both are telling me the girl was trying to help said no she was rude. Didn't like there approach or my situation I started hyper ventilating then asked to be let out. Lack of social skills, rudeness and imcompotence. Should not have went into the room bad idea. Terrible treatment I just wanted to pick up a jar of cream.

Out of hours appointment
I made a same day appointment for my daughter via the app. What an easy, friendly and informative appointment. Not only did Bernie diagnose my daughters tonsillitis she also gave her an asthma review. Suggested new forms of treatment and explained the benefits to myself but more importantly to my daughter. This service is incredibly valuable to people like myself, that struggle to get doctors appointments. The pharmacy is spotlessly clean and more importantly they are doing all they can to keep everyone safe and maintain their health during the pandemic. We are excited to see the improvement in my daughters health and symptoms over the next month.
