DWP / ESA
I used this service in 2010 when for the first time in my life I needed benefit due to my health problems which were confirmed by my GP. DWP sent me to a medical which I failed so used this service. Scott even represented me at my appeal. I did score points but not enough to stay on ESA so was going to take it to the next level but due to DWP and their stupid rules i'm now self employed which I can manage but would not hesitate in using this service again.

I have had a recent dispute with an employer. If it had not been for the help and advice Mr Ralph has given me over the last year or so then there is the possibility that I could well have been on the dole by now however thanks to Mr Ralph I still have a job to go to.
