Super-friendly, honest and helpful
Every town should have as good a local pet shop as this one. Staff are incredibly friendly (to people and pets). They'll order what they don't normally stock for you. And they'll advise getting items via the internet if that works out best for you. No pressure. Just lots of friendliness. It's refreshing!
