Excellent!
Have been having my hair done by Aileen and the girls for years. Quite simply I wouldn't go anywhere else. They know exactly how to treat you, both as a customer and as a person. They're always professional, and bend over backwards to ensure the customers have a good experience. No wonder so many of us keep going back.

Fake review
Kessel McColl was never a customer in my salon. This is just one of a number of fake reviews that have been placed to discredit my business. The police have been made aware of this slander and have advised me to take legal action against the person we suspect is behind it.

Amazing!!
I don't know what Salon you are talking about Kessell McColl, but it's not the same Halo, in Alexandria that I have been going to for 4 years. The staff are friendly, funny and welcoming. I had a friend who was looking for a last minute appointment to get her hair done, and one of the staff came in early to accommodate her. She was so impressed by the service and atmosphere, she has changed her hairdresser to Halo. AND it's spotless too. You must be confusing it with somewhere else!!!!!

Great Salon!
Just got my hair done again great salon lovely friendly staff, lovely decor and reasonably priced. Always made to feel special in this salon i dont know what the last reviewer was on about must be a different salon shes talking about : /

Would highly recommend!
I had my hair done at this salon today and I'm very pleased with it as I had to change my hairdresser. The salon is very clean and modern and the has a lovely atmosphere

dont go there
I only made an appointment as I was in Alexandria for a couple of day. The stylists, if you could call them that, are rough looking and aggressive towards one another. I couldnt wait to get out and oh BTW my hair was badly cut and styled
