Collecting a tesco direct order
My Tesco direct order was checked off as complete and I was asked to sign for it. On realising one item was missing & returning to store, the assistant, Lynne, was very dismissive & did not attempt to resolve the problem. Told me to go home & check it off myself then phone someone at Tesco to report it.. Sorry, I thought I was IN Tesco!!! Deplorable customer service.
