A typical day for the children here is stable. Your child will always feel comfortable in our day-to-day routine. They are encouraged to explore all areas of the room they are in, whether it is painting, squishing play-doh, role-play activities or reading books. Babies are given stimulation through colours, books and music. The toddlers are assisted with big events such as potty training and being introduced to new activities. We take children from 6 weeks to 5 years. The nursery is split up into three rooms. A room specifically designed for our babies, up to their second birthday. A room tailored to suit toddlers, from age 2-3 and a room dedicated to pre-schoolers, from age 3 up to 5 years.Here, you will find a termly update on all the things happening at Rowantree Nursery. We will also post an up-to-date description on all learning experiences. This playroom provides a range of activities suitable for this stage of development. It is divided into 3 areas. Area 1 --- role play construction floor toys musical instruments Area 2 --- arts and crafts sand/water play malleable materials snack/meal area Area 3 --- sensory play books games and puzzles
