Very un-professional
We signed papers for a really nice property in Ayr, only to be told hours later that the rent was being increased by the landlord. This felt very much like we were being gazumped. At the very least one would expect that a letting agency would formally agree rent rates with the landlord prior to viewings. Very un - professional service, avoid at all cost. If they did it to us, they can do it to you.
