This oldie world pub is quite charming as you go down the steps into it. Unfortunately this charming first impression quickly fades as you come to realise that it is just another pub full of old things suck to the wall and rows of faded pictures of people that nobody knows. It's a shame that Tilted Wig has lost it's originality and has become the same as a thousand pubs. The locals still drink there but the atmosphere is not the same and few people settle there for the night, tending to stop for one before heading into town. It's a pity really.
