2nd rate establishment at best with 2nd rate service. Refused to string my Head LM Radical MP with Babolat VS Natural Team Gut - rated the 2nd best string in the world on stringforum.net. No suggestion of an alternative, just 'now we can't do that, it breaks'. Sure it does, that's why most of the top players in the world use it. If you don't have the skill set to do the job just say so. None of their people are UKRSA certified. Avoid
