Supermarkets in Glasgow

Try and avoid this Sainbury's during lunch hour as half of Glasgow are in here getting their lunch. The queues are unbelievable. Staff are very busy but usually friendly, like most supermarkets there are exceptions to the rule. Sainbury's have crammed a lot into this store and it shows. It is very tight for space throughout the store. There are the chilled goods, sandwiches, small bakery section, and daily newspapers. Even though it is busy you can still pick up reduced price bargains. There is always a Security Guard in store, which can be a bit off-putting. I guess as the store is open late at night it is a necessity. Outside of the store there is an ATM available, although probably best to pay by Debit /Credit Card at the till.
