Bathroom upgrade
Contacted this company on the 16/12 /2019 to see if they would be willing to take on the upgrade of my bathroom got a couple of visits to inspect the job. After that no responses various phone calls led to promises that they would call me back within 2 weeks with a quote, however after 3 months still no contact. I have used this company before and their work is excellent but the treatment of their customers is really poor. If you have a lot of patience and you don't mind being treated like you are a bother then use this company. They are awful when it comes to trying to delighting the customer.
