Rising damp course carried out and walls replastered with 'damp proof' plaster. Within 1 year I could actually see the damp on the treated areas and for the first time black mould started appearing all over these areas. Contacted Peter cox office who repeatedly told me they would phone me back, never did until I refused to get off the phone until I spoke with management. They arranged to send someone out to look at it. I waited all day, he never turned up. Phoned and apparently he went to the wrong house and instead of phoning or checking with office just left. Again arranged for someone to come back out and was told they be there at 9am. He turned up at 10, no apology for being late or not turning up the previous date. Told me the damp was nothing. How can damp be nothing on a so called damp proof wall and then proceeded to tell me that the problem is hanging washing indoors in the winter. Customer service is shockingly bad and they will do anything to avoid rectifying their bad work.
