Grant Management should be on Watchdog

Grant Management is a totally inept group of money insane rogues. Before you sign on the dotted line, they'll try and impress with tall claims of 'carbon neutral' environmentally friendly housing and their high regard and concern for their tenants. All this is meaningless flannel designed to lure you in, because Grant Management is a front for monumental greed and money-grabbing at the huge expense of the tenants. Their accommodation is often neglected, seedy and substandard and it is easier to get an audience with the Pope than it is to get any one out to fix something should it go wrong or break down. They ignore letters and emails and are dazzlingly rude on the phone. To any poor hapless soul considering Grant Management, CAVEAT EMPTOR, BUYER BEWARE! There are loads of good upright agencies out there, avoid Grant Management like the bubonic plague! I cannot stress how loathsome they are!
