We booked a private wine tasting with Justin very last minute. He was marvellous, from having a flexible pricing structure (we weren't initially sure of group size) to designing an evening that would work both for wine geeks and wine novices. We did an Old World vs New World quiz tasting, with trivia and technical facts, lots of comparisons, and a competitive element. Approximately half of our group are scientists by trade, and the other half just a normal mixture of things; although we hadn't told Justin this he nevertheless delivered an evening that was spot on- there was enough detail for the nerds but everything was explained with such clarity and wit that even the least scientific said she'd learned a lot! This was great value for money, relaxed, entertaining, easy to organise...brilliant. Looking forward to booking onto one of his evening courses now!
