Let down by Slanj - Didn't honour order for our wedding

We ordered a waistcoat from you nearly 2 weeks ago and told it would be in "in a week" as it was "ordered in plenty of time". A week and a half LATER you call and leave a voicemail to say you can't get the waistcoat in and it won't be in until the end of Aug - AFTER our wedding and therefore too late for him to wear on the day. Why did it take so long to lt us know and knowing that you were going to be messing up the wedding outfits, why did you not see fit to talk to us directly with an apology (ie politely phone back) rather than a message from Neil saying "I assume you don't want it ordered" (he's yet to confirm this I might add)? I'm just sorry my Fiance went into your shop, I'd advised him not to due to customer service I had already received (one of your staff didn't know what and Argyle jacket was) but he mistakenly thought I meant another shop. Shame as now his wedding outfit is ruined. Customer service seems to mean nothing to Slanj, I would not recommend them in any way and I shall be telling everyone I know getting married (4 in the next 6 months at last count) not to risk their weddings on Slanj. Well done Slanj, I shall now spend the day calling all your competitors to try and source a waistcoat to fix your mess. ** Update ** Further to my complaint I highlighted the issue to them via Facebook, Twitter and email. First response was that they removed my message from Facebook as they "didn't want customers to see it". I re-posted and eventually they replied saying it wasn't their fault. A few hours later and email came through and no response from Twitter. They have since removed my complaint from their FB page once again which I find completely unacceptable, they should be able to respond to a complaint positively and not just censor it.
