We are a 4 star non-smoking establishment, with free parking and easy access to the city centre. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and are very tastefully decorated. Each room features a television, tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer. Guests have wifi access. All rooms are serviced daily.

We are just a few minutes' walk away from a modern shopping mall and there are plenty of nearby pubs and restuarants to keep you entertained in the evening. Other nearby attractions include Edinburgh's famous castle, Edinburgh's famous Princes Street, Holyrood Palace, The Royal Mile, The Royal Observatory and plenty of golf courses.
