The Ocean Terminal branch of Ma Potters (now simply called Potters) is a great place to dine after a heavy bout of shopping or before visiting the cinema in the centre. The restaurant offers standard American fair - burgers, steaks and the like. I had a fillet steak and it was excellent - cooked just as I had requested. There is a childrens' menu on offer too which my daughter utilised and liked very much. The service is on the slow side however, particularly if the restaurant is busy. What makes this a lovely dining experience is the view out to the river and of Britannia and any cruise ship that happens to be in town if you are lucky - it is stunning!Overall a good dining experience.

I didn't enjoy eating here very much at all, me and my partner went to the cinema then to potters for a meal afterwards. It was quite late at night maybe around 11.00pm, the restaurant was empty as i thought they were closing, we asked if we could still eat, they said yes but we felt rushed and pestered, we were constantly asked if everything was ok, and told they would be closing soon, which ruined the experience alot. We probably wouldn't have eaten here if we knew if was going to be like that. I can't say i was very impressed with the food either. I got tomatoe and basil soup with was really nice then had lasagne which was in my opinion was horrible, it was far too cheesy and had a weird taste. I couldn't eat it, and i usually love lasagne. On the plus side i didn't have to pay for the lasagne and was offered something else by the manager who dealt with it quite well, but I felt i didn't have time to wait on anything being cooked or adequate time to eat it, they never said as much but I felt they wanted us to hurry up so they could close, so I didn't order anything else. My partner got the mixed grill which he enjoyed. I deffinately wouldn't go back to potters and had to get a pizza on the way home as i was still starving lol
