Home Report Company is a company uniquely tailored to provide stress free Home Reports or EPCs for customers in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. We know that our customers have busy lives so we provide early morning, evening and weekend survey appointments. We also know that it can sometimes be difficult to find time to call during the day, so we have provided extended office opening hours, from 8am till midnight Monday to Friday and 8am till 10pm at the weekend. This makes it easy for customers to speak to one of our friendly staff about any queries they may have. In addition we are very competitively priced and all our surveyors are RICS regulated.

Home Report Company provide competitively priced Home Reports for customers across Scotland. We understand that people selling their home can have busy lives and may find it difficult fitting in appointments with work and home life. For this reason, our company was founded to accommodate early morning, evening and weekend survey appointments. We also offer extended opening hours (from 8am till midnight Monday to Friday and 8am till 10pm at the weekend) which enables our customers to get in touch with us at a time which suits them. Our friendly staff are always happy to offer advice, answer any questions as well as discuss all areas of the home report process.
