slack and under staffed
Personal care is neglectful. Have been tolld by nurse they cannot afford 8 mins to sit with Dementia resident in their 80 's while a nebuliser is worn over the mouth and nose. This is only 1 of many complaints. I would strongly advise against this nursing home although on a first visit one is easily fooled into giving it 5 stars. After a long time as a resident you come to expect that carers would notice without their teeth or glasses. Residents are seated around the perimeter of rooms with the only entertainment a T.V. I could name a handful of caregivers that are excelent at their job , but sadly they are like hen's teeth.
