Long wait
Service time is unbelievably long... Over 15 minutes for a coffee to be brought to the table on not one but two occasions.

Extremely disappointed
visited the Crannagh Coffee Shop on two ocassions and was extremely disappointed with the service. Both times our drinks did not arrive for a long time after our food; namely 15 minutes and 23 minutes. On the second visit our group of five had eaten their scones by the time the beverages arrived. There wasn't even an apology. there is simply not enough staff working to deal with the number of customers. None of our party who all live and work locally would go back.
