I am a regular customer in N'ards and Bangor stores. I feel obliged to point out, on behalf of myself and friends who are unable to get to the first floor for the purchasing of Eastex clothes on the first floor. Whilst some can manage the stairs, others cannot, and I feel that in this day and age, an elevator should be installed, especially as it is the older population who shop for Eastex. Either that, or the possibility of it being re-located to the Ground Floor. I know for a fact that this problem has been aired at many different times, but it seems to fall on deaf ears. Surely, if you wish to retain a good customer relationship, this could be addressed. Also, in the current market, it would make sense to retain any customers you have. I would appreciate a valid reply. Christina Moreland
