Heather is the most dishonest and unprofessional person i have ever met. Rented a house from her and upon rental i have informed her that when i was away there would be pets staying at the house for 2 nights. She said upon rental that that was okay and that its no problem at all. To my surprise she didnt inform the landlord who was not happy about the pets staying. When confronted about it she lied and denied thre ever even being any talk about pets. Funny as the one requirement we had was the pets baing allowed to stay at the property short term or we wouldnt have taken on the rental heather has also walked into the rental property accusing me of stealing a cooker (which the landlord as removed at my request) and contacted my guarantor about it. When corrected about this i was given no explanation nor apology. She will do anything to take commission and does not care about the landlords or the tennants. Wouldnt reccomend the estate angel ballymoney to anyone. 3 weeks later. Healther is now breaking the law telling me that i have to be out of the house tomorrow even though the law clearly states 12 weeks. When rang the office and asked to speak to her she told me her solicitor told her that 12 weeks is not true ( i got advice from citizens advice) clearly another lie. 🙄 she was so nasty on the phone and i had to ring people that deal with agencies like the estate angel ballymoney. Please save yourself the hassle and dont go to her you will have nothing but trouble
