I employed LGS in August 2009 to manage a bathroom extension for my disabled wife. This ended with me terminating the contract in January 2010 and taking LGS to court for breach of contract. On 24 January 2011 after three hearings in Nuneaton County Court, the Judge found in my favour and ordered full restitution of the money I paid to LGS and my legal expenses. In my experience if you choose LGS be aware: 1. My contract was to pay LGS to project manage the whole job but once the contract was signed I found that LGS expected me to pay each sub-contractor myself. 2. All work is sub-contracted out. 3. Be prepared that the fittings agreed may not be those eventually fitted. 4. At times no one at LGS will answer the phone and communication in general can be poor. Appointments may be missed without warning. 5. LGS went into administration on 22/09/09 only to rise like the Phoenix the next day with slightly different names but the same owners and staff. 6. You may not get a detailed specification and costing of items to be fitted, so that if changes to the specification are made you are not aware how this will affect the overall price. 7. The price given initially will most likely increase. 8. That it may take a lot longer than anticipated to be completed. LGS have now chosen to ignore the county court judgment, meaning I now have to go back to court to enforce this. Beware!

I visited 5 customers of Lgs before committing , they let me pick these customers to visit from their existing customer base so it was not people who they wanted me to visit, I was well impressed with all the visits I committed and everything went without an itch, Cannot recommend them enough, thank you.

XXXXX 5 Stars all the way. I would definitely recommend this company, from start to finish the staff were polite very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, just one hiccup and that was down to me so thank you LGS and I will definitely be using you again.
