I have been using first city nursing agency to cover shifts at our scheme for three years. We have always found them to be 100% reliable and friendly. The response on the phone is always very professional and they take time to listen to our requirements and meet the needs of individuals. They have never failed to meet our required shifts and we never have to chase them for cover. We will contiune to use first city and have no reaosn to look for other agencies. I trust the company and know they will always strive to sent us the selected staff to suit our scheme.
