Glenside's specialist neuro rehabilitation centres and hospitals in Salisbury and Farnborough can help prepare people to return to a more independent lifestyle.

Service users are encouraged and enabled to access the community regularly. Families and friends are also welcome to visit, and are encouraged to do so. As well as comfortable lounges there are large gardens for all to use. Each service also has free parking available for visitors.

At Glenside Salisbury there is also a coffee shop, a hair salon, communal grounds and gardens and lounge areas. Award-winning catering is provided in the coffee shop and it is open for everyone to use. There is also a full physiotherapy suite and hydrotherapy pool.

At Glenside Farnborough there is an emphasis on community living and there are also large private gardens and social space. There is also a physiotherapy suite within the building, which has a range of self-contained apartments, studios and ensuite bedrooms. The service itself is close to all local amenities including educational, social and leisure facilities and has good local transport links.

Glenside offers support and guidance to all families, and can work directly with legal teams, case and care managers, as well as individuals who manage their own budgets. The Glenside team can signpost families to further support from various information sources that may assist with all aspects of your and your relative's life.

Here at Glenside we offer a flexible approach to ensuring the family relationship is maintained. We actively encourage people and and their families to visit us before admission, where possible.

Visitors to Salisbury will be able to see the services and the facilities available including the physiotherapy suite, hydrotherapy pool, coffee shop, hair salon and large gardens as well as meet members of staff and ask any questions there may be about what Glenside can offer.

At Farnborough, visitors will also be able to meet the staff team, see the different living options which are available, including self-contained apartments, studios and ensuite bedrooms, comfortable lounges, large private gardens and the in-house gym and physiotherapy suite. Many local facilities are nearby including colleges, leisure centres, transport links and others.

Friends and family are welcome to visit either service.
