The detached house is warm, spacious, comfortable and modern set in large gardens on the outskirts of Rowde, a mile from the historic market town of Devizes. Close by is the Kennet & Avon Canal and Caen Hill Locks are within walking distance as are the attractions and facilities of Devizes. A walk in the other direction takes you up onto Roundway Down on the edge of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Here you can find the Devizes Millennium White Horse (one of 8 horses cut into the Wiltshire Downs), the site of the Battle of Roundway (1643) and Oliver's Castle hill fort.
Whether you are touring, walking, cycling or on business, you are assured of a very warm welcome and a comfortable stay. The property has three double rooms, all with king sized beds, luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, large fluffy towels and bathrobes with good sized ensuite facilities.
There is a flat screen colour TV with DVD player in each room and drink making facilities and snacks. There is also a double bed room with private bathroom. In addition the exclusive guest lounge contains local information, books and maps etc., as well as novels and games and free Wi-Fi. Our renowned breakfast is served in the garden or dining room, depending on the time of year, overlooking the countryside.
There is ample car parking and a large rear garden for use of guests, although it may be shared with the free range chickens. Within walking distance there are two Public Houses, serving good food as well as the renowned Rowdey Cow Farm Café and Ice Cream parlour.
Explore Wiltshire, discover Avalon but most importantly have a great time.

Having been to Devizes on several occasions we know of the various places to stay. However, this is the first time we have had the pleasure of being the guests of Nick & Jenny Westington and in future this will be our first choice. From the moment we arrived until after we left we felt cared for. The room was immaculate with all the extras you could think of. The breakfast options meant that there was something different and delicious to choose each day and the location of the property is great. Good for us visiting family but brilliant for lots of attractions. My review on Trip Advisor will mirror so many more of their bed and breakfast - just great
