Exceptional Care of our pets
We have been going to this vet practice since they opened,with my dog and two cats. My dog has been very ill the staff there took great care of him they were professional and compassionate. My cat was very ill with pancreatic problem, the staff gave us support and gave us help and advice on after care, I would definitely recommend them to family friends, a wonderful practice, the staff have Never been rude or abusive to myself or any of the people I have recommended them to. I can honestly give a full 5 star recommendation for this practice.

companion care chippenham NOT Recomended
My own personal experience was barbaric and unprofessional.t The staff were verbally rude and aragant to me. My little girl died after not being given treatment relevant to the symptoms and condition I took her to them for.She was given unnessasary pain medication that had no beneficial effects on her real condion that was killing her.She was presented to them for vomitting blood and sent home as fine ,nothing to worry about.She died the following day. When I questioned why they sent her home and said such .They told me they would not discuss it further with me and to get out or they would call the police .This is an hounest and accurate account of the facts and full details of their response and treatment given is avalible here. lillysownstory.page.tl. the reader can then make a fully informed decission for themselves of my reveiw and experience.
