DRAFTS through 'dummy windows'
I have been a customer of Greenway, the ambassadors of the Conservatory Outlet Brand. Thus the frames used in my family’s home were from the Conservatory Outlet (Yorkshire). I found that Dummy sash windows from this company allow draughts to enter and artificial heat to escape. I asked the installer Greenway to amend this fault with the dummy sash window. Greenways replay was:- “This is within manufacturing standards” Why would a company make a frame with a dummy window that allows draughts to enter and artificial heat to escape, when the government is trying to make everything environment friendly?
