Dear Jayne. I just wanted to say thank you for a job well done, for your team’s’ friendly & cheerful disposition, and for their attention to detail. Liz & I were trying to think what has stood out. Certainly Shaun’s patience with us! If there is one area where you stand tall, its “communication”. As you know, work began when the weather changed for the worst - and the weather forecasts are usually a guess at best. Throughout the time, we were kept informed in person of what to expect next day, & then if the weather turned, it was a phone call, an email etc. I can’t tell you how valuable it is to be kept in the picture at all times. Its what I would call a “customer delighter” and such an attribute brings return business & cascades recommendation.The roof is FANTASTIC job well done and great craftmanship and attantion to detail.
