All of our barbers are fully trained and fully employed. We believe that employing staff on good terms ensures we recruit and retain the best staff and this allows them to concentrate on ensuring client satisfaction, rather than having the pressures of being self-employed weighing on their mind. Having properly trained staff means we are able to ensure that we are able to tailor your haircut to you and advise what will and won't suit you. We can also advise on alternative suggestions as we regularly train and expose ourselves to new styles and techniques.
