i have been with this company as a costomer for a couple of years and i am trying to get another loan from them and it is stupid as they say i will ask one day and to phone or text your agent after that day and when u do they say as soon as i know i will let u and then u try the next day and they say it might be monday now and u still don't hear anything from them so then u are waiting and wondering if u will get the loan as it is coming up to christmas trying to get things for kids it is hard,they seem to be nice but then they take longer to get back to u
