WY-Coaching offers business, career and personal coaching, helping clients to define where they want their business to go, then set goals and take decisive action to get them there. I firmly believe we all have a true world-beater somewhere inside, and my goal is to inspire my clients to locate and unleash their 'inner champion'. Throughout coaching sessions I ensure that the relationship is focused on results and growth for my client, combining challenge and support with enthusiasm and a keen sense of humour. My particular skill is in asking the incisive question that removes the client's limiting assumptions. I am a Member of International Coach Federation and a Core Essentials Graduate from CoachU, the leading provider of ICF-approved coach training. I started coaching and mentoring while working in the financial services sector and as a volunteer instructor with the Army Cadet Force. I have also been coaching junior sports teams since 2004. Coaching is who I am, not what I do.
