Best bread ever
Being wheat , yeast extract and vinegar intolerant makes it quite difficult to eat away from home. I am fortunate that my body will accept spelt (Ancient Roman wheat). I have tried three other bakeries bread and tolerated it. I then found that Dickinsons in Skelmanthorpe make a spelt and honey loaf on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays each week. I now buy two every week and have them sliced in the shop and freeze them. The bread is absolutely delicious and left out only takes a few minutes to thaw .
