Awful vets...do not use

Awful vets....not really bothered about your animals and more interested in making money. I had used this vets due to it been local and the ease, even tho i had heard bad reviews. I definitely regret it. On my first visit for a routine check up i was made to feel like i had to buy loads of expensive items. They didn't seem interested in looking at the cat just a quick check up and then straight on to selling me everything. The vet was also very pushy about pet insurance making me feel like if i didn't get it then i would be an abusive pet owner. I left my first visit over a £100 out of pocket for injections and flea treatments that i was told needed to e done then and on a £10 a month pet plan. I wasn't impressed. I still went back again for ease of locality to have the cat spaded. This cost me £60 with a 10% voucher i was given on my first visit. I took the cat at the time agreed and paid upfront. I was told to return at 5pm to pick her up. I receive a call 5mins before pick up time to be told that i now had to travel to the other end of town to pick her up with no explanation. I wasn't to pleased and when challenged they tried o make out like i they told me that i was informed on appointment that i would be expected to pick up. I was NEVER informed if i was i would have arrange transport. Do not use if you care about your cats health because they will milk you dry.
