The County Group started out as a traditional high street broker situated in Congleton, Cheshire. Established in 1882, the company traded under the name of Heath and Blackshaw and existed primarily to serve the local community through its team of 5 talented people. When the current management team took over in 2003, the company was renamed The County Group and things haven't stood still since. We now have offices across the North of England, the Midlands and Wales, employ over 200 people and dealt with an amazing £50million worth of client premiums in 2015.
