Terrible experience
Avoid buying anything here. It's cheap but if there is any problem you will not be believed. That is my experience. I was given a bracelet and the barrel clasp keep coming undone. I took it back 17 days after purchase, with the receipt, asking for an exchange. I even suggested a different clasp which I was prepared to pay for. The shop assistant was sceptical from the outset. She said she had showed their repair man who said there was nothing wrong with it and he could not replace the clasp. End of story. Completely unreasonable. I read a review on another site where a couple had the same problem. Beware buying here.

Avoid at all costs
Hi I would never ever go into this shop again!! Yes it has lovely things, expensive things considering their quality or lack of. I bought my husband a leather twine silver bead bracelet for christmas it cost £55, to our dismay it started to fall apart. We took it back and the sales assistant was sympatheic but her boss the proprietor was the only one that could deal with returns. The proprietor phoned my husband and refused to accept that the bracelet had worn to this state within 6 weeks even though we had the proof (debit card statement). She made sarcastic comments like "it has been mistreated..." all my husband did was wear the bracelet on his wrist- what the bracelet was made for. He has cheaper bracelets on his wrist of leather look alike and he has worn these for 8 months or so and they look like the day he bought them. We then both went to the shop to speak with the proprietor and I could not believe her customer service and the way she speaks to her customers who have a problem with her goods. We did not want a refund but a replacement (we were willing to pay more into buying a different bracelet), however she was completly adamant and would not budge on her views. She then told us to leave her shop and threatened to call the police over us just taliking to her about our problem in a calm manner. We did not threaten her or swear or anything. I then started to put the bracelet in my bag to leave the shop and she threatened to drag me out of the shop and was laughing at me because I was putting the bracelet in my handbag. She then banned us both from her shop. I could not believe that the felt the need to ban us- how could she even think that after the way we were treated we would ever set foot in her shop or want to buy anything from her ever again. We have never been treated like this or been spoken to before like this, I felt physically sick after leaving her shop. Venture in at your peril lest you have a faulty good....

Quality jewellery shop
Found an excellent range of quality jewellery and really helpful staff, i dnt buy jewellery from anywhere else now.
