OSV Quality Service Charter

We will deliver your vehicle within the agreed time frame and keep you mobile in the event of a delay, we listen to your needs, and will provide you with clear and accurate information. We will at all times be honest, we will keep your financial information in a secure system and cross shred documents before disposal. We are independent from any one financial provider. We fix your price once the deposit is paid, we provide car mats, we will update you with the progress of your vehicle, and you will receive a courtesy call after your vehicle has been delivered. We can save you money on your vehicle insurance and/or provide better cover, we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority to advise on and arrange general insurance contracts and therefore to offer a range of non-investment insurance policies to customers.
