Uninspiring Pub/Restaurant
Ate here in the restaurant and was not impressed. Uninspiring, Poor presentation and poor value for money. The puddings looked OK but did not try one as I was very disappointed with the main course (from the standard menu). Have eaten here in the past, some times the food is OK (nothing special) and at other time I wonder why I came back. The beer is the only thing worthy of note.

The thatched inn
The thatched inn is a lovely pub that we always enjoy going to with friends and family alike. The pub is very welcoming and also serves lovely food too. The menu includes chargrilled steaks and fresh fish, etc. The chicken with red pesto and cream is really good. There is also a special menu which I think changes daily. To complement the wonderful pub food, there are a nice selection of traditional real ales and lagers. Nice service and helpful staff make this a good choice.Families are always made to feel very welcome and in summer the garden is a good place where children can play in the tree house and mum and dad can chill out a bit too.
