An experienced accredited counsellor based in central Chichester, West Sussex

An experienced BACP senior accredited counsellor providing support to individuals and couples who are having to deal with difficult personal issues. Offering different counselling strategies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Counselling and Solution Focussed Therapy, I look to work with each client in a way which best meets the needs of each individual.

I work with clients for either a fixed number of sessions or on an open ended basis. An important part of this work is our initial discussion about how to approach this work. I recognise the importance of providing a safe therapeutic environment with secure confidential boundaries which will allow clients to work in the way which is most helpful to them.

Appointments are held in comfortable offices in the centre of Chichester. The location allows for easy access close to parking facilities and public transport.
