The Dovecote pub & restaurant is a clean, warm and welcoming establishment with helpful and friendly staff that have knowledge of all products on offer for our visitors.The bar area is well lit and very spacious which is always handy as bar can get very busy due to our traditional hand pulled real ales which guest in the pub on a weekly basis from award winning brands, introducing guest ale to the dovecote has strengthened staff customer relationship as visitor old and new are able to get involved and pick which guest ale they would like to try next. There are free Chinese bar snacks for evening guests every Friday and Saturday. The Dovecote has a large selection of wines from around the world.Promotions on wine are available all year round with discounted price. Also on offer at the Dovecote is a clean, heated smoking shelter.Future events at the Dovecote include an evening of clairvoyance with an audience which include a two course meal on the 19th. The dovecote restaurant has a unique & classical style making it a superb ventte for your special occasion or meeting, with seating up to 120 people. small&large parties are most welcome.(booking aclvised).The menu is a cultural fusion of both Chinese & English dishes to suit everyone, available everyday. A selection of our dishes include: crispy duck in plum sauce, sweet & sour chicken, seafood platter, beef in black bean sauce, Bolognese linguini and of course traditional steaks etc. all dishes are cooked using the finest ungredienls available. The restaurant has great facilities for the disabled, including easy access for wheel chairs and toilets.Special offers during the week include: mini buffet, a selection of Chinese dishes, starters and curries, every Tuesday night from 6-9pm@ only £5.99 per person.Wednesday night is our steak night, 2 steaks for £9.99 only, served with tomato, mushrooms, fried onions, chips & peas. dovecote does a chinese buffet on tuesday night which is only 5.99 all in! myself and 8 other people decided to give it a try for our xmas meal, food was lovely, the spare ribs were fantastic, rice was fresh, choice of noodles or chips, and about 5 types of curry dishes, food was excellent and staff very friendly, we are paying another visit this week with family..

i always go here for a meal .it is best to go on week days as it is usually cheaper .and they have now started to serve curry dishes. it is a very quiet place to go to and very clean inside the staff are very polte to you and after you have ordered you do not have to wait long for your food.you can take children with you .the pub is very posh and it lokks beutyful outside it as its own car park with plenty of spaces .it is easy to get to and there is never trouble at this pub.so if its a nice quite meal and a drink you are after i suggest you try this place its will not leave an hole in your pocket and is very nice

this is a very clean and quiet envoiroment .great food and a lot of choice.they also have meal deals so you will not brake the bank,
