When only the best will do...

I came across Total Gas Services when looking for someone to repair my parents’ combi-boiler system. As pensioners, they were nervous about finding ‘the right tradesperson’ and left the job to me. Big responsibility – I wanted to find high quality workmanship, and a trustworthy business. After lots of internet research, I’m extremely happy to say I selected this company. Carl was able to identify and resolve the issue where other engineers had failed – he left a dead boiler resuscitated, and delivering heat and hot water! He also provided valuable advice regarding energy efficiency and long term costs when they decided to replace the boiler (which was on its last legs!). His quotes were not the cheapest, but I’m a firm believer in the phrase “you get what you pay for”. Carl’s work ethic is second to none… He worked relentlessly without break to ensure the boiler was fitted and running, with power flush on the rads, all completed so my folks were never without hot water and heating. His workmanship is second to none - extremely tidy, and fastidious, and he goes the extra mile to leave the work area ‘finished’ to a high standard. He also added a new shower system to the house, which was retro-fitted to a fully tiled bathroom. The end result was superb – to be honest it far exceeded how I imagined it would look. Over all I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Total Gas Services. Good tradesfolk are gems to find – and Carl is a gem! I’m not surprised his skill is in such high demand – he’s top of my list when my boiler is ready for service / replacement. 11/10!!
