burnt pizza then replacement undercooked
i ordered two pizzas and 4 portions of fries for my sons birthday treat the pizzas arrived and were burnt even the delivery driver agreed with me about this. i telephoned and asked for a replacement and was told there is no need for sarcasm when i asked the person at the other end does lighlty cooked mean burnt? she failed to anserw so i asked if the question was too difficult, then i asked for replacement pizzas and was told they will be undercooked when sent out . I have saved them to send off to the food standards agency along with my letter of complaint. being a weekly customer i am disgusted in this service and will not place an order again.
