Rude

BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, the "restaurant" has advertised that with every order over 20 pounds they will send a free 1.5 bottle of coke. Our order came to a total of 23 pounds so I didn't bother buying a drink because I knew the restaurant had the nice offer. Food came obviously without it, which is not the big issue. We have nicely called and asked if possible to deliver the drink. An employee answered the phone after shutting it about 5 times. He was obviously not happy to be there and was talking on a very condescending tone. He told us we have to spend about an hour to call just eat, so they can call them again and send the drink?? So he was basicly making fun of us. After that he said laughing that they will have a look in the back but it will take some time. Absolutely appalling, I just said forget about it. The pizza was dry and burnt, hamburgers were the size of McDonalds, with some weird sauce that didn't have any taste. The obly good thing about this was the onion rings, but they weren't special either. Their desserts come FROZEN. Frozen cheesecake, frozen chocolate cake, in an ugly plastic container.
