Faulty item no refund.
Terrible company avoid at all costs. They promise you a refund and then don't give you one. They ignore your emails and if you ring them the answer phone asks you to email them.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Happy to misdescribe goods and then ignore communications in writing, by email. Poor outfit.
