Dont go on a saturday!

Unfortuantely when i asked my daughter where she would like to go for lunch last saturday (as a treat) she requested our local pizza hut. Firstly during the week i have found their pizza buffet very good value for money, this however is only available monday to friday. Nevermind, i thought, we can still get a meal, plenty of choice for the children. When being seated the waitress was obviously preoccupied as she seemed too busy to even raise a smile. Then started the list of mistakes. First of all she brought me the wrong drink (diet pepsi not regular) yet when i questioned it she looked at me as if i was mad! (must point out i cannot drink diet drinks due to the saccarin). But after prompting she changed it. Secondly i ordered 2 adult starters, 1 pizza and 3 childrens meal and requested they all be brought out together. 10 minutes later the starters arrived, when i questioned where the childrens meals were i was informed by the waitress that she had not heard me ask for them to be brought out at the same time. So we had to wait another 5 minutes for the chldrens food. I know i clearly asked for all the food to be brought out at the same time, i also made it clear the starters were for the adults, also in my experience most restaurants will ask you if you want the childrens meals as soon as possible .. its just common sense. The final mistake was that she overcharged me for each of the childrens meals and again had a terrible attitude when i questioned it. Needless to say she didnot receive a tip!
